Friday’s Featured Artist Lynn Shield
𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆’𝘀 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁.
Lynn is a self-taught artist, based in Billings, Montana. She began drawing and painting as a young girl, and has recently focused on vibrant paintings of Montana wildlife. Her use of traditional watercolor paints as well as using Brusho® watercolor crystals create the rich varied hues in her work. She also uses alcohol inks for abstracts and colorful florals.
