Alcohol InkFall Leaves Afloat #1 is a 12x12 piece that was painted with alcohol inks on Yupo. Real leaves were painted with alcohol inks and mounted onto the Yupo paper to give it a 3-d look. It was then mounted on wood cradle board. The entire surface of the piece has been treated with a UV protectant varnish. UV protective resin was used to seal it giving it a glass-like finish and the effect like leaves floating on water.
