Shipping Policy
Your purchase will be shipped in a protective sleeve and a sturdy mailer. Shipments will be made either using USPS or UPS. You will be notified when the painting is mailed; you will receive the tracking number.
Refund Policy
A full refund, less the cost of shipping, will be issued after receipt of the non-damaged art.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
I gladly accept returns, as described above, and exchanges. I must be contacted within 7 days upon receipt of the art, and must be shipped back to me within 14 days of delivery. A tracking number must be provided to me. I don't accept cancellations.
Remember that I will not accept returns if you have had the item for more than 7 days. You are responsible for shipping costs and providing a tracking number if you decide to return the item. The item must be in original, undamaged condition.
