Shipping Policy
SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:
FREE SHIPPING via United States Postal Service with tracking number
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
$35 shipping and handling for any country outside of the United States that does not require an Export License. For LARGE ITEMS, shipping rate may be higher. You will be contacted within 24 hours of placing the order with exact rate. Once the additional shipping fees are paid, your order will be shipped. You would also be allowed to cancel the order at this time with no penalties.
If United States Postal Service requires an Export License: If you know an export license will be required for your country, please CONTACT ME FIRST and I will calculate your shipping rate for you. If your order has already been placed, postage will be calculated and you will be notified by email of the shipping rate. Once you have prepaid the shipping in full, your package will be shipped via USPS Global Express Guaranteed® (GXG).
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are accepted.
For cancellations, notify me immediatey (within 24 hours of order)
For returns or exchanges, please contact me within 14 days of delivery
Items returned or exchanged must have a shipping date within 30 days of delivery
Color Display: Please note that your monitor or device may display colors slightly differently than the actual colors on the painting. Returns and exchanges are not applicable because of the color difference.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
