For the pet portraits, once you send (www.artyourselfstudio.com) a face photo of your fur baby, I will paint and send you updates. we request that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class or other orders. You may cancel by phone (248-918-1376) If you have to cancel your class or item, we offer you a credit to your account when you cancel before the 24 hours. You may use these credits towards any future class or items. Otherwise, payment gifted to the teacher or new class supplies. Thank You
